WATERS  OF  NOAH  

Most so-called scientists of today are no different than those in Noah's day. They didn't believe "the flood" was even possible, and ignored God's warning, and they perished along with all their advanced "science". Too many people today walk after their own lusts and wickedly SCOFF at these things, nevertheless, the world that then WAS, being overflowed with water, PERISHED: But the heavens and the earth, which are NOW, by the same word of God, are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

They could have come into the ark and been saved, but CHOSE to follow vain and foolish IMAGINATIONS of their own hearts.

It is hard to know what the world population was at that time, but considering the HUGE size of the ark, it was possible for many thousands of people to have been saved in the ark. Considering a cubit of -ONLY- 18 inches, the ark could have been as small as 450-feet-long by 75-feet-wide by 50-feet-high, (about as BIG as an Escort Aircraft Carrier!) which would have had a capacity equivalent to about 522 railroad cars. Plenty of room for not only the (animals) but ROOM for THOUSANDS of people!

And consider that the (animals) didn't need to be full-grown at the time they entered into the ark, but Noah certainly could have used YOUNGER (animals) to maximize space and food and to minimize on-board BREEDING, (although certainly the Creator could have commanded his creatures to standby on such activities while on the ark;) leaving plenty of "rooms" for THOUSANDS of people.

By FAITH, Noah entered into his ark while there were "yet seven days" before the rain arrived. There they were, seven days in the ark listening to the "smart" scientific people outside MOCKING! But then the rain arrived and there were HORRIFIED SCREAMS and PANIC, you know, "survival of the fittest", as people climbed on top of people trying to get above the water, but they ALL PERISHED.

Noah could NOT open the door, since "the LORD shut him in."!

The time to come to the LORD had already past, and even the most advanced science of that day could not get them into the ark. (The ark of safety in these last days is the Lord Jesus Christ! :)

Events around the world and the signs of the times indicate the hour is -VERY- LATE. Jesus is the LORD, and very much ALIVE!  His FREE GIFT of eternal life was offered to EVERYONE, even LIFE EVERLASTING by receiving the Lord Jesus Christ in your heart. My joy when I see the Lord Jesus face to face, will be greater if YOU ALL are there too! See you then! Grace be unto your heart in love. Amen. --Richard
