40 And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode. John chapter 11 6 When he heard therefore that he [Lazarus] was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was. 9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. 17 Then when Jesus came, he found that he had [lain ]in the grave four days already. 43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: [plural] and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. (Can't you just see Lazarus, with feet bound like a mummy, HOPPING out of the sepulchre toward the sound of Jesus' voice, unable to see where he's going? :) Luke chapter 24 21 But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.
