Left or Right? :)
On which side of Jesus was the saved Malefactor that was to be with the Lord in Paradise?
Reprint of a 30Jan96 reply to a Curious Questioner--

"And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, ONE on the right hand, and THE OTHER on the LEFT." (Luke 23:33 - Author's Version)
"And ONE of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him..." (Luke 23:39)
"But THE OTHER answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward for our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss." (Luke 23:40,41)
The "other" was on the left, and the "other" said unto Jesus, "Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom." And Jesus said unto him, "Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise." (Luke 23:42p,43p)
Don't be left behind when Jesus returns to catch out those who truly believe that Jesus is the Lord of glory. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. Grace and mercy in the love of the truth be unto you all for Jesus' sake. Amen.
