[View Part 1 first.] >CQ> Subj: Hebrew, Greek and Latin(See also previous message on Hebrew Greek Latin Title [part 1]) Hi [CQ], As far as I know, both the original writing by Pilate (in Hebrew, Greek, and Latin;) and the accusation (in Greek, Latin, and Hebrew) put on the cross by the soldiers, have not been preserved. What was passed down to us was the GREEK writings of the four evangelists in the gospels. Here is what the Greek in the gospels looks like:
And the Hebrew would read (right to left) something like this:
And all together in "letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew"--
The 1611 Authorized King James Version also has "letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew"! The original preface includes Greek and Latin words and phrases and the main 22 Hebrew letters are in Psalm 119.
