Continuing the reply to a Curious Questioner--

The designs submitted by that committee (appointed July 4, 1776) and that of a 2nd committee, were rejected. It wasn't until 1782 that William Barton's eagle, as modified by Charles Thompson was chosen (June 20, 1782) to accompany the "unfinished pyramid with an eye (the eye of Providence) above it." (The eye of the Provider, the beast, without whose mark no man may "buy" provisions.)

The pyramid part of the seal, of course, is said to be "the seal of the Illuminati", which was already in existence before any committee was chosen. In the "Adams Chronicles", Adams warned Washington about Jefferson and Hamilton's Illuminati association and their "worship of Lucifer." The U.S. State Department only uses the Eagle symbol to seal the official documents. (The Presidential seal is an eagle also.)

[2004 addition] excerpted from www.masonicinfo.com/greatseal.htm-- "The pyramid was taken from an earlier design of William Barton (shown on page 67) that had a different motto DEO FAVENTE (God favoring) PERENNIS (through the years). This, in turn, was similar to the design of a Fifty Dollar bill designed by Francis Hopkinson." Mason Benjamin Franklin's committee suggested the EYE. The PYRAMID was based on Mason Francis Hopkinson's design.

The pyramid seal supposedly showed up on some 1972 documents sent from the London embassy to a secret (council of 13) meeting in Texas. One of the letters supposedly said, quote: "We have found the son of Lucifer!" unquote. (ref. John Todd [Lance Collins] testimony)

The truth concerning his delusion is that Israel was descended from the oriental stock of Shem, NOT the white-european stock of Japheth

But instead of 7-red(dark) and 6-white like the flag, there are 7-light and -SIX- dark bands, EACH of which is THREE SLASH MARKS!!!

Your "assumption" that there are thirteen feathers is faulty. There are at most, 9 feathers visible, and the 1 arrow-tail in full view plainly has 2 feathers. (So 13 arrows would have 26 feathers. :)

It was not until "the great" depression in the USofA that the "great" seal appeared on the back of the one dollar bill, at the behest of FDR (Franklin Delano Roosevelt,) a Mason. Former Secretary of Agriculture (and later Vice President) Henry A. Wallace wrote the following account on February 6, 1951 of how FDR decided to put the SEAL on the dollar--

In 1934 when I was Sec. of Agriculture I was waiting in the outer office of Secretary [of State Cordell] Hull and as I waited I amused myself by picking up a State Department publication which was on a stand there entitled, "The History of the Seal of the United States." Turning to page 53 I noted the colored reproduction of the reverse side of the Seal. The Latin phrase Novus Ordo Seclorum impressed me as meaning the New Deal of the Ages. Therefore I took the publication to President Roosevelt and suggested a coin be put out with the obverse and reverse sides of the Seal. Roosevelt, as he looked at the colored reproduction of the Seal, was first struck with the representation of the "All-Seeing Eye," a Masonic representation of The Great Architect of the Universe. Next he was impressed with the idea that the foundation for the new order of the ages had been laid in 1776 but that it would be completed only under the eye of the Great Architect. Roosevelt like myself was a 32nd degree Mason. He suggested that the Seal be put on the dollar bill rather than a coin and took the matter up with the Secretary of the Treasury. When the first draft came back from the Treasury the obverse [eagle] side was on the left of the bill as is heraldic practice. Roosevelt insisted that the order be reversed so that the phrase "of the United States" would be under the obverse [eagle] side of the Seal. I believe he was also responsible for introducing the word "Great" in the phrase "The Great Seal" as it is found under the reverse [pyramid] side of the Seal on the left of our dollar bills. Roosevelt was a great stickler for details and loved playing with them, no matter whether it involved the architecture of a house, a post office or a dollar bill. [end quote]

ANNUIT COEPTIS-- "He (the eye) hath smiled on our undertakings." That was the U.S. motto, adapted from Virgil, until the new motto, "In God We Trust." (inspired by the 4th stanza of the Star Spangled Banner.) Doesn't a pyramid tomb symbolize "undertakings" of the dead by UNDERTAKERS? (Should we trust a One-eyed [cyclops] Undertaker that SMILES?)

From "greatseal.com" website-- This Latin phrase has been traced to Virgil, the renowned Roman poet who lived in the first century B.C. His epic masterpiece the Aeneid tells the story of Aeneas (son of Venus, ancestral hero of the Romans) and his journey from Troy to Italy. In book IX, line 625, is the phrase: Juppiter omnipotens, audacibus annue coeptis (All-powerful Jupiter, favor [my] daring undertakings). Also, in Virgil's Georgics, book I, line 40, are the words: Da facilem cursum, atque audacibus annue coeptis (Give [me] an easy course, and favor [my] daring undertakings). Charles Thomson changed the first person imperative annue to the third person annuit. In the motto Annuit Coeptis the subject of the verb must be supplied, and the translator must also choose the tense. Thomson said: "The pyramid signifies Strength and Duration: the Eye over it & the Motto allude to the many signal interpositions of Providence in favour of the American cause." The eye is therefore the missing subject, and the translation would be: "It [the Eye of Providence] is favorable to our undertakings" or "He favors our undertakings." (--John D. MacArthur)

E PLURIBUS UNUM-- "One above the many." Which of course is the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes (nico: to conquer, & laity: people). The banner does not represent power "of the people", since it's not FREE above the eagle, but in its MOUTH, in captivity to the eagle!)

NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM-- "New World Order" (--favorite saying of President Bush?) Novus Ordo Seclorum is another motto by Charles Thomson adapted from the Roman poet Virgil, who in his Eclogue IV said, Magnus ab integro seclorum nascitur ordo, prophetically referring to the demise of the "Iron age" Roman empire. Roughly translated it means, "Maximize the integration of the world to bring [new] order." Or as the diverse races in 1776 A.M. that were integrating together in Nimrod's day said, "Go to, let US build US a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let US make US a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth." (Gen.11:4p)

The LORD interrupted the new world order begun by Nimrod at the tower of Babel. The trinity of the Dragon, Beast and False Prophet (symbolized by the triangle of power above the pyramid) will complete the pyramid of power over the people in "this present evil world."

The first sign of LIFE after the flood was an olive leaf. The symbol of peace is not the olive, but the Dove carrying life. Eagle talons are symbolic of power. The eagle is represented as having the power of life and death. (The 1st man in the moon only went down to the moon in the Eagle. They went to lunar orbit and returned to the earth in the command ship Columbia, the DOVE! The Eagle supposedly was left in orbit to soar around the moon it conquered... :)

The pyramid, like a mountain, is the symbol of top-down dominion. (Any child who has played KING ON THE MOUNTAIN knows that, silly! :)

Darius' pyramid of power had himself on top, with three PRESIDENTS under him, and under them 120 princes, etc. Daniel was the "FIRST" PRESIDENT. (And George Washington was not the first to be called "President of the United States"; Before him were several other presidents. He was just first under the new 1789 constitution. :)

We? Not me. It is from NIMROD's Babel tower that the people were scattered upon the face of the whole earth, and pyramids are found in various places throughout the world. The only connection of the egyptian pyramids with Nimrod seems to be the constellation of Nimrod the HUNTER, called ORION. (Arabs call it "the FOOL." :)

It was in the days of 13th generation Nimrod that the people were spread out upon the face of the whole earth. It was later, in the days of 15th generation Peleg, whose name means EARTHQUAKE, that the earth was "divided" (heb.palag = cleaved) into the continents [and tectonic plates] we now see.

MDCCLXXVI is Roman Numerals for 1776. On a calendar beginning with Adam, the tower of Babel appears in 1776 AA, the year before Peleg came of age. Peleg died in 1996 AA. The supposedly lost continent of Atlantis "beyond the pillars of Hercules" (the straits of Gibraltar) only appeared to sink, as it moved away from Europe and got LOWER on the horizon. (Welcome to Atlantis! :)

Boy, you really went off the deep end there. The top of the money pyramid doesn't narrow to a single block width, but is plainly missing numerous blocks, as the tower of Babel; not as Cheops, which history says was CROWNED with gold, (Agatharchides said it measured four cubits) and was fully covered with polished white limestone. (The limestone was [later removed and] used in various building projects around the area.)

And the "eye of Horus" is not emblazoned "on" it, but behind (as it were) the triangle opening in the sky, (symbol of a STAR GATE? :) "The future is beyond knowing, but the present is beyond belief. We make so much noise with technology that we cannot discover that the stargate is in our foreheads. But the time has come, the revelation has already occurred, and the guardian seers have seen the lightning strike the darkness we call reality. [2004 update:] Eye of Horus Excerpted from www.byzant.com-- "The ancient Egyptian Eye of Horus or wedjat ('Whole One') is a powerful symbol of protection, and is also considered to confer wisdom, health and prosperity. Horus was one of the most important Egyptian gods, a sun-god represented as a falcon or with the head of a hawk, whose right eye was the sun and whose left eye was the moon." "...Horus fought Set to avenge his father's death, winning the battle but losing an eye in the process. The eye was restored by the magic of the god of wisdom and the moon, Thoth..." "The wounding of the left eye served as a mythical explanation of the phases of the moon, and its magical restoration meant that the left was usually the one used as an amulet and considered to be the 'Eye of Horus'. The right eye is sometimes referred to as the 'Eye of Ra', the sun god, though often little distinction is made between the two eyes." (--/symbols/eyeofhorus.asp)

[2004 update:] Right Eye changed to Left Eye. The first published drawing of the pyramid side of the Great Seal, based on the official description, was done by James Trenchard in 1786. The second drawing, by Benson Lossing, appeared in the July 1856 issue of Harper's New Monthly Magazine. Lossing changed Trenchard's RIGHT Eye of Providence to a LEFT Eye of Horus, which it has been ever since. "The current official design of the reverse of the Great Seal follows almost exactly the Lossing drawing, and can be seen on the $1 bill." Look closely, and see that the pyramid is in 3D-perspective with the shadow on the left, indicating light from the right. Look at the reflection of light on the eye: it is illuminated from the OPPOSITE direction, and the eye is not 3D-perspective, but a flat two dimensional image, like a TV screen. And of course, the eye is plainly a left eye, since the beast loses his right eye, and with it, loses his stereo 3D depth perception!

There were "giants in the earth" before and "after" the flood. Some of them were still around in the days of David. Some were -more- than twice as tall as men. The "Building Race" of GIANTS built (or caused to be built) many GIANT buildings and GIANT images. (There were GIANT serpents [dinosaur fossils!] before the flood too! :)

A Bible BELIEVING shepherd would say it's the people of Satan: [aka. Lucifer] that the Bible calls "the god of this world" and "the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience." ("rebellious children in whom is no faith")

"But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." (2Cor.4:3,4)

The word of faith says, That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved: "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Rom.10:13 :)
